I don't believe he has officially transferred yet, because the only way he can compete in the B1G this coming season (2017/2018 school year) is for PSU.....so if he wants to wrestle in the B1G this coming season, he will be wearing a PSU singlet.

Seems to want to leave, so I'd guess he'll transfer somewhere. His preference seems to be to go to RU, which is his home state school. Does anyone know: is he on full scholly? Many wrestlers are not. Also, most other "non-revenue sports" permit kids to attend whatever school they want, without losing eligibility.
