She doesn't have DJ protection per se, however, the Dept. of State does have the ability to refuse extradition, may well do so if it feels that her basic human rights have been violated, and this inquiry may involve consideration of double jeopardy concepts, particularly since she was not only previously acquitted but adjudged actually innocent.
For an example of this working the other way, look up the case of Pietro Venezia, who Italy refused to extradite even though the death penalty was taken off the table as stipulated in the extradition treaty.
