OT: Help w/ broken oven/range...

...Whirlpool Accubake oven.
* Nothing from broiler element
* Don't see any visible corrosion on broiler element
* Bottom element works
* Oven thinks it's to temperature when it's not (because no top element)

Is it the element or the sensor?

My guess is the element. You can buy one at Lowe's or home depot and go on youtube for a video of how to replace it. I did it and I'm am a home repair moron.

Whirlpool is bad at electronics. Always was when I was there and probably always will be because of all the automotive rejects they hire for engineering management.
