I am borrowing the idea from @SJLuvsLions and his golf thread (kind of).
Last night, Fernando Tatis, Jr. hit an 8th inning GS on a 3-0 pitch. At the time, the Padres were up 10-3. His manager gives him the “take” sign. He took it - out of the park. The Ranger’s manager not happy; Padre’s manager kind of rolls the bus over Tatis.
What say you? Legit “unwritten rule” or “make a better pitch”?
Remember, don’t you dare bunt late in the game during a no-no or a perfect game. 95 comin at your ass the next time up.
