Bell stays with the team and uses his last year of eligibility, Wartman-White makes a full recovery and is a 100% go, AJ off to the pros. This leaves four very good linebackers with plenty of experience and with AJ going pro, only two DTs with experience in Parker and White.

Next season just might be a good idea to go with a 3-4-4 defensive and get all the linebackers on the field at the same time. Start one of the two DTs and still have the other with good backup experience. If one of the backers goes down, go back to the 4-3-4 unless Bowen, Cooper, Walker, Wooten, Haffner, Farmer (provided he makes it back to LB) or one of next years true freshman can fill in the void with success.

PSU use to run a four linebacker scheme back in the day with great success and I believe they used four against Georgia and Miami in those national championship games. Though I could be wrong there.
