To Whom It May Concern:

I have not been advised by my counsel on this e-mail, and I apologize if it comes off in the wrong way. My life has drastically, drastically changed...my family's life has drastically changed. National media, and public opinion has totally, in every single way, ruined me. For what?

They have said "he is worse than Sandusky." I will forward just a small fraction of the e-mails and articles that have been written to and about me. People say I will eventually get charged...with what I have no idea?

I want to make sure you have the facts again in case I have not been clear.

I walked out of that locker room with both people looking at me dead in my eye...the act was interrupted and stopped. Not physically or forcefully...the possible outcomes on that could have been severely negative to the child...in any number of ways.

I have also said clearly...that I cannot say 1000% percent sure that it was sodomy...I did not see insertion...it was a sexual act and or way over the line in my opinion whatever it was.

I am nervous...worried etc as you can imagine about everything.

People are being truly devastated and it just is not right.

I would like to know a couple things:

What are my options as far as a statement from me goes...will I be in any legal trouble...any trouble with the law?

I feel my words were slightly twisted and not totally portrayed correctly in the presentment...I may be wrong, but is there any way that Tim [Fleming] and or I can get a copy of actual GJ testimony.

Again...I am sorry if this comes out wrong...but I need to get it off my chest. Thank You for understanding...I will send just a fraction of some of the things getting to me.

PS...I have also attached the press conference from Monday...No where is there strong support for me...I am sorry...but there just isn't...my brain and guts are telling me to be skeptical of everything now.

With everyone writing about the 5-year anniversary of Mark Emmert and the NCAA dropping Thor's hammer on our entire Penn State University community, this email is crying for context, clarification and answers.

I typically have restrained myself from posting or commenting due to the fact that regardless of what I post the artacking nature of a few of you continues. Today, however, I will comment. Those of you who who have wished mike physical harm or continue to want to berate him in a public manner about things having zero todo with Sandusky or penn state congrats. Very stand up of you and very courageous of you. As a comparison I never recall coach paterno throwing anyone under the bus ... whether that person deserved it or not, coach paterno never in my memory did anything close to what you do to mike.

Mike has now been in a courtroom no fewer than six times during the past 6-7 years, two of which were criminal trials and a civil trial. His testimony to this day has yet to be impeached or discredited. That is simply fact. He has never teued to circumvent the process or get out any of his obligations to testify. I would in fact say in regards to the Jerry Sandusky case and the other criminal and civil cases he has handled himself extremely well and extremely honestly.

I will close with a little known fact that may foreshadow an eventual release of many facts (texts, emails, letters, etc) regarding some of the on going doc the last five to six years. Many of you have commented on how ferocious one of the defense attorneys involved the criminal cases is. There was a hearing in I am guessing 2015 in mikes civil case. The hearing took place in bellefonte and was public. Penn state and CSS wanted to protect some digital documents emails etc from being turned over to mikes lawyer. There was only one other person from the public present. Anyway the hearing wrapped up... as mike and his attorneys were packing up this defense art approached mike putting their arm around him... kindly gently, described to me as motherly. This person then proceeded to reach out to mikes attorney expressing a strong desire to please find some middle ground their client. Certainly an odd occurrence if not shocking.

Anyway thanks for the time and space to show you one tiny episode, one of many that surround the last five years. Maybe in the near future more will be shared through other venues and vehicles.

I don't wish Mike physical harm and never have, but what a load of crap. I don't see anything "extremely honest" about his approach in that email to Jonelle Eschbach. Asking the OAG whether he can correct the record of his account that they put forth...are you f'ing kidding me? Mike screwed PSU royally with his weak and unintelligent actions from day one.
