PSU goes up 1-0 (Gober) 4:39 into the 1st. Big weekend... would be great to get at least a split. Notre Dame opened up B1G play last weekend with a sweep of Ohio State. Will be remote for part of the game, so this might be the only update from this poster. Oh... PSU play-by-play rocks compared to the Notre Dame radio crew (listening to the Notre Dame feed for some reason).

The Irish tie it up 1-1 off a PSU turnover. About 8 minutes left in the 1st.

Pav with the 2nd goal for PSU! 28 seconds left in the 1st. 2-1 PSU.

3-3 end of 2nd. PSU gave up 2 and trailed 2-3 until late in the 2nd. Almost gave up another in the closing seconds of the period. D seems to be playing better.

Irish took a 4-3 lead midway through the 3rd and just scored an empty netter with 20 seconds to go to make it 3-5.

Need to bounce back tomorrow night!

PSU outshot ND 40-14. ND scored their 2nd goal on a shot from beyond the red line. ND had 4 shots in the 3rd period. PSU did not have a single penalty last night. PSU went 0-2 on the power play. Tough game to lose.
