It's a great home schedule, but when you play top teams, they can find your weaknesses and kill you. And when youre young or inexperienced like we are in several spots, lets hope the young'uns are quick learners and get the needed experience under their belts during our first four games. ( 2 at home; 2 on the road)
Im thinking App State will have their moments, as will @Pitt. Kent and ILL will try to neutralize our strengths and maybe give us a tussle in the first half. All could provide the challenges and experience the key youngsters will need tohandle the rest of our schedule. We will need to be sound and consistent, to hold our own against the Big Boys.
Yes, its early, but just thinking about OSU-MSU-MICH-WISC games ....even this early...sure gets the juices flowing!
