Phil Keaggy of Glass Harp. Watch at the 45 second mark. He uses his right pinky finger to turn volume on and off while using same hand to hold pic and pluck strings! Gets a unique sound. After watching whole song, watch again. This time note that he lost the middle finger on his right hand when he was a kid.....9 or 10 IIRC!

Well, shoot, LSHF. No idea what the song is about. But, your jukebox tonight is sad for me.
From the basement for me tonight is 2” of water.
From the sky was 6” of rain in 90 minutes.
