I have little faith the University will reinstate the statue to Joe at the stadium or anywhere on campus.
At one point people talked about placing a statue of Joe in the downtown area. As I remember the conversations the location of the proposed statue was in front of the Tavern restaurant. Can some one update the Board about this issue? I hope this is not a repeat conversation but I have retired to southern Virginia and news from Central Pennsylvania comes slowly....
