There are some facinating Youtube clips on the JFK assassination. Watch the videos of the eye witnesses being interviewed by Mark Lane. The stories of these eye witnesses retelling the event contradict much of the Warren Commission report.

I always thought it was a USSR/Cuban collaboration as pay back for the Bay of Pigs invasion and the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Nah on the Russians. CIA and Mob combined effort....Both had huge motives and resources to do it. The CIA was derived from the OSS in WW2. It was all that spy and espionage ops they ran and same players for the most part were in power. We mastered the art of deception and how to create doubt and confusion. Also, any loose ends who challenged would be eliminated. Bush senior is still living and may know more than most, remember he was believed to be in Dallas at the time and was Director of the CIA in 70s.
