The Biletnikoff Award, given annually to the nation's top wide receiver, announced its finalists on Tuesday. Those finalists were Pitt's Jordan Addison, Alabama's Jameson Williams and Purdue's David Bell, meaning Penn State's Jahan Dotson did not make the list.
