It's obvious to me that by observing Coach Franklin on the sidelines that he is either confused or unenthused. Maybe this Chinese flu has thrown him off his square? His family is in Florida far away from him. He has concerns for his daughters health. All are reasonable distractions. Regardless something is structurally wrong with our team, fundamental breakdowns. The RPO worked efficiently only one year when we had all the pieces in place with Barkley, Godwin, McSorley, Gesiki and and the main piece; Moorehead. Defensive coordinators have adjusted to the RPO fairly well. What the RPO has done to our current O-line that is suppose to a veteran O-line is to stunt it. Franklin just does not seem to grasp that power football must be established or does it? The RPO has stolen the power game. If we go win-less which is a possibility, and considering the above mentioned concerns for Coach, this could be his last year.
