Add $1.9 trillion for covid recovery (much not yet spent)
Add $1.1 trillion infrastructure (largely green stuff)
Add Ukraine, Chips, Inflation, Loan forgiveness, etc
I think this is an extra $4.5 trillion or so over 5-10 years on top of the $4.4 trillion
My prediction: Biden thinks people still need some breathing room.
