I-99 Around Altoona

Unless it has changes since the Indiana game, I-99 down to 1 lane each way, from just after Altoona, if headed north for 4 miles. Also heading south 5 miles before Altoona. Hope they have the work finished for those traveling up this weekend.

Finished? Heck, for most of those barrel infested miles, it doesn't even look like they have started the work. I drove through today and went miles before I saw any construction equipment or workers.

If the PSU defense has as many players on the field as I saw construction workers on that segment today, Brent Pry will have to call a time out to get the rest of the unit on the field.
