Go to the top right of the page; your board name should be there - click on it, and open up the drop down box for your profile page - click on "personal details", and you will see where you can add an avatar. You will have to find a photo on the internet you like, right click the mouse to get the http address, copy it, and paste it in the location for the avatar.

That should do it.

For the "avatar" ONLY, I believe you can also just copy a personal picture from your computer files.
....copy & paste to the avatar window. That's the procedure I used for mine, copied a picture from a guys party where I got blasted.

Perhaps Rivals should mandate a posters IQ be placed in their avatar in lieu of a picture. Would help people like myself know which threads are worth reading and who should be placed on my ignore list.
