The indictment of Trump is wildly inconsistent with how similar and worse cases have been treated. It's hard not to see this as yet another abuse of power by an establishment desperate to see him ineligible:

And yes, in law that matters: selective enforcement for political ends leaves the law baseless:

Actually no.

The law only has legitimacy if applied consistently—otherwise it becomes nothing more than a political weapon.

This is an obvious & obscene break with precedent
