There is not another entity out there that requires a 21 day sit out following a positive test. It is almost always some combination of 2 or 3 negative tests after symptoms are gone or something similar. The guy could be completely healthy and negative in 7 days and the Big10 shizolians are going to make everyone who tests positive sit for 21 days? Ridiculous!
