So the FAA ordered a full ground stop…. no aircraft allowed to take off. The reason? Their ancient messaging system crashed so they couldn’t communicate with airports or pilots. Considering how just a couple weeks ago the government Nannie’s were apoplectic about how S WEst couldn’t handle a massive, nation wide blizzard, how the government would investigate, how the government would force corrections, how great the government is.
They cried how evil capitalism led to this because SW cared more about stockholders than customers. How they refused to upgrade their system and how greed led to this ”SW will pay for this” was the cry. Big fines in order to punish those greedy scum. Congressional hearings a must!
Now THE GOVERNMENT system has collapsed on a day when most of the nation has perfect flying weather. Turns out the government system is older than the SW system. In fact, their system may be older than SW itself.
