This is something I haven't seen discussed but we talk ALOT about how important stars/recruiting rankings are; hell we almost blew up the BWI servers talking about Drew Allar lol
So given the importance of these stars, let's take a look at how Wisco and PSU stack up according to the latest 247 Team Talent Update:
Again, my point here is this - We talk nonstop about the importance of stars and how landing 4/5 star talent is a direct indicator of success on the field, so if that is the case, why are we ignoring this glaring gap between Wisco and PSU?? If stars do in fact matter, than we can't just selectively choose when that narrative applies.

- Penn State: 44
- Wisconsin: 18
- Blue Chip Ratio (% 4/5 star players on roster)
- Penn State: 54%
- Wisconsin: 21%
