Go figure, all those wonderful integrity-filled lawyers got involved, fired the ethical teacher, covered up academic fraud (just like they covered for the rapist) and kept fraudulent student-athlete rapists and cheaters on the field of play "to gain advantage" in violation of NCAA Rules?!?!

Interesting how the NCAA doesn't give a damn about institutional academic fraud and sexual assault at school after school, but involved itself at PSU in a legal matter that had ZERO to do with any NCAA Rule whatsoever, without any basis & completely outside their own bylaws (there was never any NCAA Investigation) and engaging in a contractual document that not only violated Pennsylvania Law but caused PSU's NCAA standing member, the President of the University, to violate his clear "Limits of Authority" via fraudulent means and "bad-faith" leverage by signing the illegitimate document - again, go figure. Aren't all these lawyers just wonderful pieces of human excrement?

Nothing to see here, NCAA says move on. We've got bigger fish to fry or is it more cocktails to drink at the party! There are kids who go to school to play football and there are kids who go to get an actual education. Obviously FSU is the former. Jimbo says play ball !
