I have to laugh my a&& off regarding this bill and Biden taking credit. The CHIPS ACT was the original idea, and originally sponsored by Texas Congressman, Michael McCaul, not democrats. It was first introduced at the request of Trump's national security team, not democrats. Meanwhile, Biden is once again, trying to take credit for something he had nothing to do with.
