Not sure how many of you are familiar with Jocko Willink, but Bo Nickal was on his podcast recently, and that episode is now live on YouTube and whatever your favorite podcast streaming app is.

For those unfamiliar with Jocko and his podcast, Jocko is a former Navy SEAL. On his podcast, they discuss a lot, but they often talk about discipline and leadership a ton. It is a three-hour podcast fwiw - begins mentioning Penn State around 57 minute mark.

Thanks. I’ll have to check it out. While many SEALs do not look like the Hollywood stereotype (smaller, wiry guys generally handle BUDs better than big dudes), Jocko fits the image. What a beast
