This is like an March Madness play-in game. It doesn't matter who wins because they're going to lose in the next round anyway.
Foghat overall better but neither is great. Nugent has some decent stuff as does foghat but overall ,mehhh. I actually agree somewhat with Testa.

Just for kicks I went to YouTube and listened to snippets of Foghat’s songs besides the 2 or 3 everyone knows. Brutal stuff
Nugent. His material was broader and his live performance far better. Foghat was as close to a blues band as they were a rock band, which is good, but a different genre. No matter what you think of his political viewpoint, his playing was far superior to foghat.
I had multiple Foghat albums back in the day. Most of their better stuff never made the air waves.
I like Ted for his had full of hit songs but Foghat was hands down the better band and better overall music.
