4 of the top ten are BIG and three play in the same division. The remaining season is gonna be brutal.

Please take this opportunity to note 2 things:
1. The ACC only has two schools in the top 25 and they are Wake Forest(19) and NCst(23).
2. The AAU may be equal to the ACC.

OSU doesn't play Iowa and Alabama doesn't play Georgia for a reason.
Iowa can lose 2 Big games and still end up in Indy.

Attrition and subsequent depth will be critical. Unfortunately I have to give the advantage to those that where pot stickers on their helmets.

Two things should be said: A) any undefeated B1G East team will go to the playoff; and B) there will be no undefeated B1G East team.

Iowa, on the other hand, has to get by Penn State next Saturday...and then win the conference championship. The Hawkeyes might do one of the two, but they won't do both.

"and B) there will be no undefeated B1G East team."

Exactly. I know everyone is looking at how tough our schedule is, but so is everyone else's:

Ohio State has to play Penn State, at Nebraska (who looks like they are getting better), and then Sparty and at Michigan to end the year.

Michigan has to play at Nebraska, at MSU, at PSU, and then Ohio State.

MSU has to play Michigan, at OSU, and then PSU.

I doubt anybody is going through those games undefeated and it will be real interesting to see how the tie breakers work out.

3v4 both polls bay bay!
geez, did I read that poll correctly that somebody put Penn State #20 and Iowa at #18?

I'm guessing it was Pat Narduzzi.

This guy has a pretty good take on the ranking of teams. He values not losing pretty heavily and makes an effort to rank teams based on who they lost to as well. Sorry Buckeyes, you are behind Oregon still.

Since @lazydave841 lives up to his handle, this guy’s top 5 are 1. Georgia, 2. Alabama, 3. Penn State, 4, Iowa, 5. Cincinnati.

It’s possible considering the meat grinder that is the B1G East that no B1G team makes it and Cincinnati does. From here on out who can beat them?
