Here's what to blame.
Gee, it seems they didn't mention public debt hanging over our heads. No problem with 32 trillion going to over 50 trillion? No problem with a trillion per year going into interest payments? Did they mention the anarchy in our cities? Crime? Homelessness/illegals everywhere?
Post Covid "consumers cared a lot less about unemployment than previously, want house prices to fall rather than rise, and hate high interest rates."
