2. This one kind of jumps out at you and you needn't be a fan of Perry Mason to know. In a normal trial whenever a lawyer has a knockdown, bulletproof case he doesn't do much talking. Rather, he lets the evidence do the talking for him. That said, which side is talking the most talking. That's a rhetorical question.
