Rhule also doesn't corroborate what MM says

FFS. He's "toxic" because he has testified UNDER OATH that he's pretty sure that he witnessed an adult raping a child and instead of helping the child he went home.

    Mike McQueary is... (poll)

Never mind, I found it in the Moulton Report. Very vague. Doesn't explicitly say that Mike had witnessed Sandusky engaged in a sexual act.

    Mike McQueary is... (poll)

It would be interesting to see that exact email traffic. Was that ever entered into evidence?

    Mike McQueary is... (poll)

21guns (and some others) keep pushing the idea that the mere act of an adult in a gang shower with a child is enough to call the cops. That's just ludicrous. That can only be argued but someone who spends more time in front of the TV than actually participating in sports. I belong to two...

    Mike McQueary is... (poll)

He's not a "scapegoat." He can be a man and stand up and tell the truth anytime he wants. He knows damn well that he did not tell anyone that he saw Sandusky raping a child.

Rhule also doesn't corroborate what MM says

People tend to not remember conversations that they didn't have.

Rhule also doesn't corroborate what MM says

Sounds like Mike was embellishing the truth. Maybe that was a habit for him.

Trustee Kay Salvino: “The Alumni Assoc is not in the business of getting students scholarships."

It means that the alumni association doesn't represent the initerests of its members (the alumni); instead it's a mechanism for the university to get the members to "engage" (i.e. give money).

Prosecution: Kane Deserves Prison for 'Egregious' Crimes

She wasn't allowed to bring up any of the porngate stuff in her defense. At the very least, the jury deserved to know that the people testifying against her may have had less than honorable motives. I think the judge made a mistake. It will be interesting to see if the conviction holds up on...

McQueary v. Penn State: Has your opinion of Curley, Schultz, or Spanier changed?

If you think that "many people" would ignore seeing a naked adult male pressed up against a naked child in a shower you are off your rocker.

McQueary v. Penn State: Has your opinion of Curley, Schultz, or Spanier changed?

It has nothing to do with "interpretation." Dranov repeatedly asked Mike what he had seen and Mike instead kept answering with comments about what he had heard. You (and the OAG) want us to believe that Mike told C/S that he SAW Sandusky was pressed up against a child while just a few days...

McQueary v. Penn State: Has your opinion of Curley, Schultz, or Spanier changed?

Absolutely not. Dranov's testimony in particular certainly doesn't support Mike's version.

New VP of Development and Alumni

That's probably true of a lot of administrative positions. But if you're in charge of "alumni relations" you probably ought to be an alumni.

Prosecution: Kane Deserves Prison for 'Egregious' Crimes

Ironically, the real "damage" she did to the OAG wasn't her leaking GJ material, it was her exposing the porn-laden ex parte emails between OAG people and judges.

No one messes with Frank Fina. Machiavelli is alive and well and living in Pennsylvania.

McQueary v. Penn State: Has your opinion of Curley, Schultz, or Spanier changed?

This is all a moot point because we know (thanks to Dranov's testimony) that Mike certainly didn't describe anything so graphic that night in 2001, and therefore we can deduce that he didn't tell Curley and Schultz what he didn't tell to his own dad and Dranov.

    Ruined McQueary's Coaching Career?

MM screwed himself. He testified that he saw an adult "having some kind of intercourse" with a child and he couldn't be bothered to intervene or call the police. The public was outraged. There were threats against him. Maybe he should have thought out the implications of what he was saying when...
