Yes, this means that Anthony will slot into 165. The meat grinder weight class, along with perhaps 184. Each has a multi-year national champ at the top of the rankings, but it will a fight to bring home #3.
Anthony is an instant contender at 165.
A late-season dual (1/29) against Illinois should be telling, though I'm guessing Anthony will have several losses by then.
