Will the alumni trustee court hearings be open to the public?

As I understand it, this is one of the few cases not currently under a gag order. Will the court hearing be public? If so, we need a supportive showing to let the judge know we (voters) are not going away.

Hopefully it's open to the public. Is there any start date announced yet?
