On CNBC this morning David Fabre reported that a company called Digital World Acquisitions is about to do a SPAC…or a reverse SPAC. And Trump Media Inc is the principal owner.
The stock owned by Trump Media will be valued at around $5.7 BILLION at current stock prices.
Interesting and coincidental that he reported that today when Trump is appealing the massive fines he must pay by Monday. Are they trying to force him to sell a considerable amount? Or use it as collateral? Or going public with this so any judge hearing his appeal will reject it?
