Better Michigan than another SEC team... the win, and how well Michigan, Ohio State and Penn State played one another this year, speaks well of the Conference, AND Penn State, in relation to college football in general, and the Big Ten specifically. I think it HAS to be better for recruits out there to see the B1G conference being competitive, and successful... than for Alabama, Georgia, etc.. to win every year. I think the Big10 is BACK... AND the fact that teams like the NCAA runner up... Washington ( and Oregon, USC & UCLA) who are joining the conference next year... speaks well for the future of the B10 and for Penn State. BUT, as far as this year goes?
