What amazes me is the stumbling idiot who can't speak a full sentence now, just a few years back, had a really good grasp of money laundering and international finance.

Biden is threatening a foreign leader (with bodily harm) to coverup the financial arrangement that works like this:
the coup-installed Ukraine puppet du jour requests aid from the US, the US sends dollars which are laundered through Privatbank to [Syndicate-controlled] Ukrainian enterprises such as Burisma.
Children and friends of US politicians are placed on these foreign boards to steer the grift. Ukrainian oligarchs are made rich and powerful to orchestrate the scheme.
US State Dept and NGOs are another vehicle for money laundering; State Dept assets are placed to control information and keep the veil of secrecy over these operations. These “anti corruption bureaucrats” are the gatekeepers preventing discovery.
Don't forget that Privatbank "lost" 1.8 billion..shortly after this conversation in the audio took place.
