Just yesterday, Donald Trump and his attorney (someone named Ali Babba, or something like that) lost in court yet again. A federal District Court Judge from the Southern District of Florida dismissed "with prejudice" (meaning that Trump cannot refile a complaint) a lawsuit Trump filed last March against Hillary Clinton, the DNC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, John Podesta, the Perkins Coie law firm, the research firm Fusion GPS, former FBI officials James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, and Christopher Steele. Trump had alleged in this lawsuit that these defendants conspired to weave a false narrative that his 2016 presidential campaign was colluding with Russia.
In his order dismissing Trump's lawsuit, Judge John Middlebrooks stated: “We are confronted with a lawsuit that should never have been filed, which was completely frivolous, both factually and legally, and which was brought in bad faith for an improper purpose,”
Judge Middlebrooks therefore imposed monetary sanctions against Trump and Ali Babba in the total amount of $937,989.39, in order to cover the legal fees and costs incurred by the various defendants. In other words, Trump is now gonna have to pay each of Hillary Clinton, Debbie Wasserman, James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Christopher Steele, and Fusion GPS a bunch of money that totals up to almost a cool $1 Million. (Cue Dr. Evil: “A Million Dollars!").
