Duh. If the SCOTUS rules Trump gas total immunity Biden will also have total immunity and the same for not having Presidential Immunity would apply equally to all current and future POTUS. I think Trump thinks that would be true - and he is right. Once the SCOTUS rules a president current or former has total immunity it would apply to all that are elected to that office.
