College enrollment has been trending down since 2010 from high enrollment of 18 millions to current 14 millions a decrease 4 millions or 22%. I think it‘s a good thing, just like most Republicans, since the majority of the individuals deciding not to go to college were students that had average to bad grades. When they graduated, they would barely get a job in their major or majored in irrelevant degrees. They are the ones that were going to default.
