As you may have seen, James Franklin and his staff were on the eastern side of the state this morning, checking on TE commit Joey Schlaffer.
After meeting with Schlaffer, Franklin and Phil Trautwein headed to Malvern Prep to check in with the coaching staff and on a few players. The name to note there is obviously 2024 OL prospect Peter Jones who committed to Notre Dame in August.
After heading back to State College to take care of practice, Franklin will be heading out to Erie this evening to check in on 2024 OL commit Cooper Cousins. Cousin's McDowell squad will take on Erie powerhouse Cathedral Prep this weekend in what surely will be a tremendous game.
