AS THE BIRD TURNS (IOWA STUFF)

Vodka is nuts, MSU is just full of himself, he is knowledgeable, but has a problem with reality at times.
He's the poster child for Stockholm Syndrome. MSU fan but migrated to Iowa boards because Sparty.

He tries so hard to belong, and the moment he says anything even minimally out of line, they re-assert that he's not one of them.

Unfortunately they have been suck on the bridge between anger and denial for 15 years.
I've seen this with carious programs, the good ole days ain't now. Any big program has fans like this. you used to be top dog, now you're back in the pack and they can't grasp it. No one cars about your history any more.

For example, my son got me watching PSU wrestling. He had just gone out for it and Sanderson was just hired and bringing Taylor with him. Prior to that I'd just check out the results. Funny thing about "PSU fans think wrestling was invented 15 years ago crowd", that number is getting larger and larger.

My son isn't 14 now, he's 29 lolol.

You do not go onto GIA for anything other than entertainment. Serious wrestling discussion is an extreme rarity, silly assed stupidity is a regularity.

To be able to appreciate the entertainment though you must first be able to process the PSU hate.
THIS^^^^^ 100%. Nothing more needs to be said!!

Carious! That's priceless!

Love the idea that Willie could be a consultant for the big NIL money guy. If they’re alluding to Slumlord, maybe they need him to become much less of a loathesome prick and he could make more headway handing out his cash

You know I was snooping over there when that thread started, and I was like Willie will never set that precedent. I should have paid attention, it is like 6 pages long and he is answering questions left and right. Not surprising about Jax and Bo.

This is a crazy thread. Make sure you listen to the first 90 seconds of the interview with Cornell Robinson (Wy Sem coach) that the OP posted:

Corby coming to the rescue and someone calling him a TNT stooge is hilarious

Well, that's because Corby was being a stooge. Baghdad Bob would've been proud. Apparently it was OK to ghost Robinson because one of Seminary's bottomless pit of prospects had just committed elsewhere.

Corby would have been one of Stalin’s best stooges until, one day, Stalin would tire of him and he’d be erased from all official photos

We hear the Brands’ rail about mysterious “paid haters”, but Corby has got to be a paid house organ - he’s always around to prop up the regime
