The placement goes from second to first. That’s plus four: 12 to 16. There’s no advancement once you’re in the final. Yes - any bonus counts.
The point you’re referring to is an advancement point. It’s one to advance in the winners’ bracket and 0.5 in the consolation bracket. But there’s no further advancement in the final or consolation final.
