Thanks.

I was gonna throw this at you in the other thread I created for Interesting Matchups, but instead of me asking Mr Jefe for his take on Interesting Matchups for the week, is this something you and your website can have? A weekly 1 stop shop of the upcoming interesting matchups. I realize there are some intangibles that need to be considered which would require human effort for some of the matches to be listed, but maybe a spot in the website that shows some unique and highly ranked guys that are set to go at it.

Just a thought...
Thanks again.

I shot this match today, hoping that one of Columbia's starters emerge as a threat to qualify for nationals, since all three guys who qualified last year graduated. (My NCAA press pass hinges on my 'other Lions' sending at least one guy.)

Turns out they do have a guy to legitimately watch, Dan Reed at 157. Fifth year senior, a career .500 record but 7-1 this year, his only loss a 10-7 decision to Larry Early (who's having himself a nice season as well) and a win against 2018 qualifier Luke Weiland. He clearly jumped a few levels from when I saw him a few years ago.

Overall Columbia looks more balanced and tough, though they're still a bit green at a few weights. Could have been that they looked good relative to a not very good VMI team. But Columbia does have a few guys capable of making noise at the EIWAs.
