Several present and former PSU wrestlers are solid Christians. I’ve got to believe this helps them deal with the pressure of competition. They realize that the glory they receive in this life cannot compare with what they will receive in the hereafter. Those without hope in God think they have to achieve greatness in this life. That’s a lot of pressure to carry. People like Zain, Jason and Bo have often said that their faith gives them the calm and assurance when they wrestle the big matches. Leaders like that set the tone for the entire team. Ohio State has a few leaders like this as well = lots of respect.
