World Team Trials - Sept 11 & 12

Is that movie FINALLY going to come out? Is the cast from the show still alive?

Millions??? The WWE’s popularity has declined significantly from its heyday in the late 90s-early 00s. I don’t see Gable commanding the type of initial payday stars like Lesnar, The Rock, John Cena, etc. did back in the glory days.

I’ve come around to liking Gable and I was thrilled when he won his gold medal. But let’s be honest here: He doesn’t (at age 21 at least) have the type of “stage presence” to be a huge draw. Not in my humble opinion, anyways. I’ve watched all of his interviews and he needs a lot of work in front of the camera. And that’s half the equation. We are talking about the entertainment business afterall. As for Hollywood, all I will say is him and Suriano better have backup plans. Ain’t happening. My worthless $.02.
You obviously don’t know what you’re talking about man. Don’t know what to say other than your wrong. You said your two cents were worthless and they definitely were in this case.

Definitely he’d be making over 250k. Wwe has some god awful guys and gals making twice that. I’m sure he’s looking at millions. He shouldn’t have made it so clear that the wwe was where he wanted to go. Could have played the ufc vs wwe to get more cash. You would of thought Brock would of at least taught him that.

It’ll be interesting if he’d consider going to AEW. As bad as the wwe is AEW is a real shit show. But they have an owner whose dad is worth six billion dollars and he’s spending crazy money for old guys that wwe doesn’t want anymore. If he’s willing to be completely embarrassed, booked like a lightweight, doing the dumbest shit you could think of, he may be able to get more money out of them. Plus they’re handing out guaranteed contracts but I’m assuming he’d have that in either company.

I’ll cringe the first time he does the backflip off the top rope tho lol.
Yeah like CM Punk lol

This list might be incomplete, but at least it gives one a sense of the main competitors. Only 3 NLWC guys as far as I can see and only one current PSU team member. Still, it should be a good tournament with lots of top end action.

Anyone know when the seeds come out?

I have PDIII not showing up.
I have Starocci over Lujan.
One of the following things will definitely happen: (a) PDIII won't show up; (b) he won't make weight; (c) Nolf will exhaust and then tech him (picture PDIII looking up at the lights on his back by the end of the match)

61 kg: Shelton Mack currently 4th in the world, seeded 8th.
4th in the world cuz he won one cheap tournament?
If he finishes top four THIS WEEKEND i will be amazed. I give the guy huge props for sticking with the sport he loves and he is hometown to me, but c’mon man, he just aint got it.
