WNO is coming up and Flo has started to release a few match-ups. The one they just released is Bo Bassett vs Seth Mendoza. Everyone on here knows Bo but might not be aware of Mendoza. He is from Illinois and has been one of the best youth wrestlers in the country the past few years. He is an incoming freshman at Mt. Carmel and will be a force from day one. Was a Fargo champ this year. Article says that he has beaten Bo a number of times but that they haven’t met up in a few years. I would think that Bo is the favorite now but it should be a great match. In the linked match of Mendoza he takes a number of shots from open with no set-up. If he does that against Bo Bo will kill him in short offense. Should be fun. Really cool that Flo is having this match with younger kids with the rest of the WNO card.

Another 4 man mini tournament for the number 1 spot at WNO. Tough to pick a favorite but I think I’ll take Gabe Arnold. For the people who can’t read the article the 4 man is Manny Rojas, James Rowley, Gabe Arnold, and Rocco Welsh for the number 1 spot at 170lbs.

Are you sure? That's 3 matches per weight. If we assume 8 minutes per match (allowing for normal stoppages and between matches), that's over 5 hrs -- without OT and without any injury/blood time. Unless they go to multiple mats, but then that cheapens the event for the participants.
