And where? Reports are his pro day today was less than stellar, and I was already predicting him to fall in the draft. If a teams misses on QB in the first they are drafting another QB with a new coach in the next years 1st round. If they miss on DE they normally still have a starter who is just not as good as they hoped.

Looking at the the teams that could need a QB I really don't think the Titans pass on Leonard Williams, I don't think he fits what the Jets or Skins want to do, I don't think Bill OBrien would take him. Which leaves the Browns at either 12 or 19. And if he's there at 19 why wouldn't Chip give up his extra 5th to move up one spot? According to the draft value chart that's all it would take.
