Where is the NCAA with all this stuff going on?

It’s more rewarding leading a purge against potentially offensive mascots.

Again, we killed the NCAA even if by accident...when someone else sign a consent decree you let me know. Otherwise they won't get involved with Ohio State. They MIGHT get involved with Maryland because McNair died but it won't be much

You've got to be kidding! You expect anything from scumbag Emmert?

ncaa did nothing vs North Carolina and that was in the cross hairs of their responsibility - academic integrity of athletics.

ncaa did nothing re MSU Sparty - and both FB and CBB teams were involved. the school extended contracts for both coaches, who had issues that became public. again, this could have been construed as MSU lacked institutional control.

both of these issues involved student athletes and coaches - but ncaa is silent. the tOSU incident is one step removed from the school, and has controversial facts. if they didn't get involved at UNC and Sparty - no way they get involvled at tOSU. NCAA would not even get involved in the incident at PSU if the same thing happened today.

The hypocrisy of silence by the conference and national ruling authorities is deafening. When will the media pick up on universal ignorance of multiple egregious criminal allegations?

It's become quite obvious that the e$pin Syracuse leaning staff hate for PSU in part drove the anti-Joe hatefest frenzy over the Jerry deal. e$pin does not have the endemic disrespect and ill will for other institutions generally that is reserved for our school. I can't remember a hysteria like it at any time in college sports. Since they carved their pound of flesh they too have fallen on hard times and many of the voices who cried out to condemn are no longer employed by the "flagship" sports network and its ratings are slipping. What goes around comes around.

Until a media outcry exposes and digs in on these stories as a whole with their lack of conference/national administrative control they (Delany-Emmert) will get away with it, again.
