Where and who do you think Penn State will play in a Bowl game?

As it looks certain that we won't be in any Playoff bowl, my first choice would be to play ND in the Cotton Bowl as I can visit my son who lives in Dallas. My second choice would be in the Orange Bowl against the ACC Championship loser (Miami or Clemson).
