What do we think about Marquis Wilson moving to WR?

Yep, it will be interesting to hear any news on the WR progress and shake out from Fall camp, and the initial end of camp depth chart.
But the biggest resume builder for the WR’s competing for playing time is likely to be actually catching footballs in the Wisky and Ball St games…..
If Wilson or another contender catches 4 or 5 balls vs Wisky they will see lots of PT the rest of the season.

I think Wilson playing on offense was actually mentioned by JF after the 2019 season.
I rewatched some games from last year, and while Wilson looked OK in coverage, he really struggled with tackling some of the time ( of course, so did the whole defense for the first five games ). Wilson is not a big CB, like Porter, he gives up a lot of size to some WR’s and RB’s.
