Classic Florida recruit but IMO it helps with the momentum so I'll take it.
Why does he say his recruitment isn’t done? If he is in fact committed this is a great coup for Franklin given he was penciled in at Miami.

Two weeks ago this seemed so unlikely. Getting recruits ON CAMPUS is a huge advantage for Penn State. No other place like it!
His film reminds me of a lighter Kevin Givens...redshirt, 30 more pounds and you have Givens. Very good first step and uses his hands extremely well.
This is the quintessential Franklin recruit: 4 stars, room for growth, will improve, good but not great offer sheet which is ok because we are not beating Ohio St or Alabama or Georgia for anyone, so we beat out everyone else for THESE kinds of guys.
