UM, MD, RU, 5b all below them.

Also, wow, how the Vandy program has fallen to pieces since CJF left....#121!!!

7 of our games are from teams ranked 70 and below. Including BIG RIVAL rutgers at #76

Michigan at 64 is ridiculous.

I have no love lost for the skunk bears, but they are better than many ahead of them on talent alone, not even factoring in the jump start that Harbaugh will create for awhile.

Also had trouble finding Maryland. But regarding Rutgers, they will probably hold up the best against PSU's home field advantage of 107K strong as those that can put up with NJ should have less trouble adjusting to any other hostile environment......

Other interesting items:

  1. Temple is our toughest out of conference opponent
  2. Iowa and Pitt should be a battle of the evenly matched mediocre teams
  3. With all the talent inherited by smiley up at Michigan, UM doesn't seem to be getting much respect

WHAT?? No way Temple is 56 and we're 28. That makes us twice as good as them....or something...where is Count von Count when you need him? Anyway, I know from reading this very Board this Temple is going to beat us so I'm not buying this USA Today crap. I'd put Temple about 11th, just behind Stanford.

#1 is false because SDSU is rated HIGHER than Temple (48 vs 56).
