I had not used SpeedGuide.net TCP Optimizer since I did on a dell desktop and before I built this PC in 2012. I installed it this morning. I backed up my settings (although the app does it for you too) with a one minute Macrium Reflect (I would recommend it too) incremental. My results on W10x64 built with a SSD wired to router: pay for 200 Mbps, went from 223.6 to 264.4 Mbps. On a $150 Asus W10 laptop wireless went from 21.98 to 59.20. It is free and here is the link from MajorGeeks which is the most benign freeware site. Not responsible if a crash your PC!
